根据《广东外语外贸大学国际交换生管理规定》及我校与美国威斯康辛大学斯托特分校的交流合作协议，我院2012级本科生可申请赴美国威斯康辛大学斯托特分校学习一学期或一学年。经学院确认符合条件之后可赴 该校对优秀学生提供奖学金，奖学金信息详见附件的pdf.

 

现将选拔工作的有关事项通知如下：

 

一、选拔条件

 

1．2012级各专业非双学位或双专业学生，符合报名条件均可报名。

 

2．道德品质好，未受过纪律处分，身体健康，能圆满完成学习任务。

 

3．学习成绩优良，详见《广东外语外贸国际交换生管理规定》，其中必修课平均成绩达75分以上。有雅思或托福成绩。

雅思要求：秋季入学要求雅思5.5或托福61，明年春季入学要求雅思6.0或托福70

二、报名与录取

 

1．符合条件的学生须向学院提供以下申请材料：

经学院审核符合条件的同学须向威斯康辛大学斯托特分校提供以下材料：

后续申请流程如下：

 

After you have been accepted:

1.                   Activate your UW-Stout e-mail account, by visiting: https://password.uwstout.edu/.

2.                   Complete the fee payment agreement — you can not register for classes until completed. Instructions [PDF]

3.                   Check your email for information regarding on-campus housing and other important information

4.                   Be sure you have obtained a passport from your country of residence

5.                   Make an appointment to apply for your visa (check with local U.S. Embassy for requirements).

6.                   After you have received your visa approval, make your flight arrangements to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport (airport code: MSP). 

7.                   Make a reservation with the Chippewa Valley Airport Shuttle Service to transport you from the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport to Menomonie, Wis.  See our Arrival and Orientation page for additional information about arriving on campus.

8.                   Complete the arrival information form. Be sure to arrive on the specified arrival dates.
